Question: How do I pick which shirt design that I want?
Answer: In a couple of days, you will receive an email from a service called Backerkit.com - this service provides a number of great benefits to you guys. First, it allows you to pick the rewards that you prefer, and even to change/add rewards if you choose. Second, it double-confirms your address to make sure that we send the package to the right place. Simply fill out that survey when you receive it and look forward to getting the stuff in the mail!

Question: Will the profits from the campaign be going to charity?
Answer: Kickstarter does not allow campaigns to raise money for charity through their platform, note the rules here: https://www.kickstarter.com/rules However, we are donating a portion of the proceeds from online sales on our website after the Kickstarter so as not to violate Kickstarter’s terms of service. The money will be going to The Trevor Project, a charity which helps prevent suicide in LGBT youth.

Question: When will designs be printed/shipped?

For those that were finished in the past couple of days, or those that Luhbraz finishes in the next 2 weeks or so, we will be creating another order with our supplier. Kickstarter estimates that the funds verification will take about 2-3 weeks, so we can expect to have the funds by the middle of December and make the order then. The shirts should arrive to our location at the end of December for us to start shipping orders. Assuming that all of the stretch goal items have arrived, we will ship all the orders that we can using the designs that have been finished by then.
We are in the unexpected position of having 22 different stretch goal designs to make - this will take some time. LuhBraz expects to be able to finish these by the end of January. With that being the case, we will make another order at the end of January to print the rest of the shirts and fulfill the rest of the orders.

Question: How do I get a shirt from sizes 3XL-6XL?
Answer: Kickstarter only allows one price per reward, so we only offered sizes Small to 2XL as rewards on Kickstarter. You can pick up any of these designs on Backerkit in sizes 3XL to 6XL, by indicating that in your survey. Shirts sizes 3XL to 6XL cost slightly more from the manufacturer, usually a difference of $3. To be able to offer the shirts in these sizes, we add the additional cost that the manufacturer requires.

Question: Does ArtworkTee pay artists?
Yes - our base pay for artists is 3x their asking price, with the 200% extra covering a commercial use fee. LuhBraz, the artist behind the campaign, has said: “They were so caring, kind and fair through the entire process. As an artist, I never had a big client this nice, and I’ve worked for other companies and even big YouTubers in my country, who treated me in a completely opposite manner. I’ve never been this well paid.”

Question: I was one of the backers for the Custom Design +10 shirts reward, or the Custom Design by LuhBrazArt, how does that work?
First off, thank you for your generous support. The people who purchased the custom design will need to contact the artist via email to provide the reference sheet or other references for your character. Look for a separate update in a moment with that contact information. She will be drawing these designs after the stretch goal designs have been finished, and expects to be able to finish these designs by the end of February. With your pledge you get 10 shirts - you can pick of the designs from the campaign, or you can request copies of your own custom design to be printed when it is ready.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
